Forewords

Plastic modelling is my passion since I was 9. My first ever model is Hasegawa 1/72 scale jet ranger helicopter. fix it using UHU glue, painted it using water colour and with miniatures plastic soldiers (bought it for RM2.50 per packet - you'll get loads of them 50-80pcs) there it goes... it was really a mess!!! used to terrorize every available space in my yards with miniature soldiers...

The first model i bought when i was 9.

I can be considered as an "all rounder" in modelling, i built a/c, ships, sci fi, cars, bikes, armor. But my core would definitely towards a/c (mainly in 1/48th scale). My subject of interest mostly on Russian Jets, Armor etc.

As a matter infact, i once worked in a hobby shop at hometown JB and spending 3/4 of my salary on plastic models... yup, 3/4 of my salary goes into the cash register. It makes a big smiles to my boss. I entered my first ever modelling competition in JB held by Tamiya and won bronze award on overall categories (you can view the diorama at my previous workplace - hobby shop located at Danga Bay).

I studied at LICT PJ taking up Product design course. unfortunately i just complete 3 semester in PD... learned a lot on model making, materials etc...

I worked with home grown low cost airlines. With day in day out at the tarmac gives me more knowledge and know more about aircraft, the technicals aspect, the feel etc...proven to be an advantage for a modeler like me.

Well, now with more advanced and expensive kits... i would rather ransack my shelf and built kit's from my collection.. thinking spending the rest of building and upgrading old kits.

I would like to personally thank to my good friend and guru's Mr.Asrar (my ex-boss) for taking my hobby to greater heights. By opening a hardcore modelshop in my hometown JB and provide a small workstation in the shop for all of us to use. It has a major affect to all of us and built my dying interests/hobby back on track. With your guidance, that proved to be inspiration to local modelers (have you complete your first model??!)

More kits under the table...
